Asprilla EPL All Stars Masters

KUALA LUMPUR - hat-trick former Newcaslte star, Faustino Asprilla helped English Premier League (EPL) Masters All Stars beat Manchester United 3-2 in the final Masters Cup EPL Masters Malaysia at the Putra Stadium in Bukit Jalil yesterday.

United rise equalized through Ronny Johnsen and Clayton Blackmore, but victory eventually in favor of the EPL All Stars when Asprilla scored the winning goal, which is also the sixth personal goals, thus named as the tournament top scorer.

United put a team option after the thrashing of the same opponents 4-1 in a group match, but Asprilla change results in the final.

Manchester United's defeat meant they failed to defend the title she won in 2009.

Steve McManaman said he was happy to set foot in Malaysia for the first time and described the nation's capital as a city beautiful.
